AGRICULTURE, FORESTRY AND FISHERY IN2022
In2022, agricultural, forestry and fishery production witnessed
favorable weather conditions. The transformation of crops and crop structure
was implemented in line with local conditions and advantages. The
restructuring of livestock population was in the direction of increasing the
proportion of farmed species that brought about economic value, easy for
consumption, and ensured stable market for production. The livestock
production was conducted based on large-scale farm model, with hi-tech
application for development of circulating livestock models, and promotion
of seed improvement. Pests and epidemics on crops and livestock only
occurred in a small scale and caused inconsiderable impact. Besides the
advantages, agricultural production in the province faced challenges,
affecting production results and income of people. High prices of agricultural
inputs together with low and unstable output prices led to a reduction of the
people's income and regenerated capital. The encroachment on forest
resources and forest land still occurred. The fishing was in favorable
conditions. Fishery capturing and production were quite stable.
