total product value structure farm produce during the year. Specialized farms are
classified, including:

Cultivation: The average output value must reach at least 1.0 billion VND per
year and total production land area must be from 1.0 ha and above;

Livestock: The average output value must reach at least 2.0 billion VND per
year and the scale of farm husbandry must reach regulation as stated in Article 52
of the Law on Livestock;

Forestry production: The average output value must reach at least 1.0 billion
VND per year and total production land area must be from 10.0 ha
and above;

Aquaculture production: The average output value must reach at least 2.0
billion VND per year and total production land area must be from 1.0 ha and
above;

Salt production: The average output value must reach at least 0.35 billion VND
per year and total production land area must be from 1.0 ha and above;

• For integrated farm: The average output value must reach at least 2.0
billion VND per year and total production land area must be from 1.0 ha and
above.

Land for agricultural production (cropland) includes land for annual and
perennial crops production.

Land for annual crops production comprises: Land for rice cultivation
(including land specializing for water rice cultivation and the rest for water rice
cultivation and upland rice). Other annual crops production (including other
annual crops and upland for other annual crops production);

Land for perennial crops production is the land for perennial crops which are
planted once, developed and harvested for many years.

Land for aquaculture is land used primarily for brackish, saltwater and
inlandwater aquaculture. Land for aquaculture includes the embankment area,
inland water surface area (stocking, settling basin, filter pond), coastal water
surface area; area of auxiliary constructions.
