2. Culture and Sport

- Culture: In2022, cultural and artistic activities organized in diversified
forms to serve the province's political tasks and meet the people's demand for
cultural and mental enjoyment. At the same time, those activities also
contributed to promote Binh Thuan’s landscape and people who are friendly,
hospitable with a unique and diverse cultural tradition, as a bridge to attract

domestic and foreign tourists.

- Sport:

+ Physical training and mass sport: Physical training and mass sport
were regularly and enthusiastically organized and attracted a large number of
people from all social classes.

+ Elite sports: In2022 Binh Thuan sport sector achieved many
outstanding achievements. The provincial sports delegation competed in

regional and international competitions and won 12 medals, including 04 gold
medals in the Southeast Asian arena, 04 silver medals in the Southeast Asian
arena and 04 bronze medals (01 World; 02 Asia and 01 Southeast Asia).

3. Living standards

The monthly income per capita in the province reached 4,305 thousand
VND, a year-on-year increase of 9.9%. The percentage of households having

hygienic water sources reached 98.85%. The proportion of multidimensional
poverty households was 2.58%.

4. Social order and safety

In2022, there were 251 traffic accidents occurred in the province,
causing 176 deaths and 133 injuries. Compared to the figures of the previous
