+ The Covid-19 pandemic was under control, restaurants, food shops and
                     schools reopened, the prices of gas, gasoline and petroleum oil continued to
                     rise, leading to a high increase in production costs, causing an average rise of

                     4.37% in the price of family eating out compared to that in the same period last
                     year.

                           + The prices of beverages, cigarette, apparel and clothing experienced a
                     sharp increase during Tet Lunar holiday and summer vacation due to a rise in
                     the demands for consumption and shopping. On average, in 12 months of2022,

                     the  price  indices  of  these  groups  expanded  by  about  3.66%  and  2.14%,
                     respectively compared to that in the same period last year.

                           - Factors for reduction in CPI in 12 months of2022

                           + The pork price fell by 10.70% against the same period last year, thanks
                     to  the  abundant  supply  of  pork  in  the  province,  the  unchanged  demand  of
                     consumer causing the significant reduction in the price. The drop in the prices

                     of pork also resulted in the shrinkage of the processing products such as lard
                     (7,82%) organ meat (6.47%) against the same period last year.

                           + In order to proactively respond to challenges and the pressure on rising
                     inflation, the province well implemented solutions to price stability, assurance
                     of  the  commodity  supply  and  demand  balance,  formation  of  optimal  supply

                     chains, synchronous development of the distribution system; effective market
                     control  to  handle  and  prevent  the  scarcity  of  commodity,  price  hike,  price
                     fluctuations,  etc,  which  contributed  to  price  stabilization,  inflation  curb,  the
                     stable  CPI  of  the  province  under  4%  to  minimize  the  negative  impacts  on

                     socio-economic development in the province.
