USD, accounting for 2.9%; and the total capital of US reached 98.6 million
USD, accounting for 2.9%. The realized foreign direct investment capital
reached 95.8 million USD in 2022, expanded by 15.2% against the same
period of 2021.

In 2022, the area of floors of completed residential buildings gained
1,137.66 thousand m2, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%, of which the area of
apartment buildings was 42.4 thousand m2, accounting for 3.7% and the area

of single detached houses gained 1,095.26 thousand m2, accounting for 96.3%.
In 2022, the completed single-owner occupied houses of households reached
1,116.6 thousand m2, a year-on-year gorwth of 11.3%, of which the under 4-
floor single detached houses obtained 1,110.5 thousand m2, accounting for
99.5%; the above 4-floor single detached houses reached 2.02 thousand m2,
accounting for 0.2% and villas reached 4.11 thousand m2, accounting for

0.4%.
4. Business registration status

In 2022, there were 1,504 newly registered enterprises (including

affiliates, representative offices, business points), a year-on-year increase of
53.63%. The total registered capital was 9,142.21 billion VND, a year-on-year
growth of 0.26%; 330 enterprises dissolved, a year-on-year increase of 50%;
the number of enterprises temporarily shut down was 381 enterprises, a year-
on-year increases of 37.55%; 1,519 enterprises registered to adjustment, a
year-on-year growth of 23.3%.

5. Implement insurance policy

In 2022, there were 1,263,150 persons engaged in the insurance, a year-
on-year increase of 1.43%, of which: the number of persons participated in the
social insurance was 107,921 persons; the number of persons joined in the

health insurance was 1,066,582 persons; the number of persons participated in
the unemployment insurance was 88,647 persons.
