for couples to get divorce by the Court of first instance under the Law on
Marriage and Family.
To ensure statistical analysis meaning, this indicator is calculated through the
divorce proportion.

The population’s average age of divorce is the arithmetic mean age of all
individuals whose divorce events occurred during the reporting period.
Formula:
Average age = Total age of divorced persons

The rate of under-5 children registered with birth certificate
Under-5 children registered with birth certificate are the number of children
under 5 years old counted at their date of birth certificated and granted with birth
certificate in accordance with the Law on Civil Status.
The rate of under-5 children registered with birth certificate is the percentage
of the number of under-5 children registered with birth certificate to the total
number of under-5 children in the reporting period.
